Cristina also manages Heart’s interest rate and valuation reviews, helping us stay connected with clients long after their loan has settled. These regular reviews give the team an opportunity to revisit lending, property values and potential opportunities as circumstances change. Alongside her client responsibilities, Cristina supports management and the broader Heart team, helping keep the business organised and running smoothly.
