With a double degree in Business and Banking & Finance, Ilana joined Heart Financial in 2019 and has grown alongside the business. Today, she wears two hats — leading Heart’s operations while managing the development of our Asset Finance and Personal Lending offering.
As Operations Manager, Ilana helps shape the systems, processes and people that keep Heart Financial running smoothly and support the team in delivering a great client experience. Her understanding of both finance and business gives her a valuable perspective across the broader business.
Ilana also leads Heart’s dedicated Asset Finance and Personal Lending service, helping clients find finance solutions for vehicles, equipment, personal purchases and other assets. She has a passion for making finance easier to understand and believes people make better financial decisions when they understand their options.
Outside of Heart, Ilana enjoys playing tennis, taking her beloved Whippet, Leo, to the beach and exploring her love of painting. She also loves travelling and experiencing different cultures. Her time volunteering in Cambodia, teaching in schools, was particularly meaningful and reinforced her passion for helping others.
For Ilana, whether she’s helping a client find the right finance solution or helping the Heart team move forward, it’s about creating clarity, opportunity and confidence in the next step.
