There are three of us on the loan our son 31, my husband 76 and retired and myself 64 and still working. Zac from Heart Financial pulled out all the stops for us and was tireless in his efforts to find a lender to take us on. Zac signed us up with Bank of Melbourne with a variable rate of 6.06%.

We were absolutely thrilled not only with the rate but with being with a Bank as opposed to a Finance Company such as Liberty who are our current lenders and are extremely difficult to deal with and have increased our interest rate independently of any announcement from the RBA.
