Honestly could not recommend Dinh (and the team at Heart Financial) highly enough! Finally, a mortgage broker who legitimately feels like, and genuinely is, on your team! Dinh had nothing but our own personal financial interests at heart the whole time. This was really proven when, in the end, we didn't end up needing what she organised for us - which was truly amazing in itself (she miraculously got us bridging loan approval against all odds and timelines). And, when we managed to buy and sell, without needing the bridging loan backup plan: she was genuinely just happy for us. Heart Financial were recommended to us by a friend as our situation is quite unique. We were looking to refinance our home loan for a better rate and better customer service.

There are three of us on the loan our son 31, my husband 76 and retired and myself 64 and still working. Zac from Heart Financial pulled out all the stops for us and was tireless in his efforts to find a lender to take us on. Zac signed us up with Bank of Melbourne with a variable rate of 6.06%.

We were absolutely thrilled not only with the rate but with being with a Bank as opposed to a Finance Company such as Liberty who are our current lenders and are extremely difficult to deal with and have increased our interest rate independently of any announcement from the RBA. Zac has been wonderful to deal with and has kept us in the loop with daily updates sometimes he has called or texted multiple times in a single day. I can’t praise him enough.
