Honestly could not recommend Dinh (and the team at Heart Financial) highly enough! Finally, a mortgage broker who legitimately feels like, and genuinely is, on your team! Dinh had nothing but our own personal financial interests at heart the whole time. This was really proven when, in the end, we didn't end up needing what she organised for us - which was truly amazing in itself (she miraculously got us bridging loan approval against all odds and timelines). And, when we managed to buy and sell, without needing the bridging loan backup plan: she was genuinely just happy for us. She was simply glad our wishes worked out, and that speaks not only to Dinh as a person (the best kind!), but to the culture at large at Heart Financial.
